Impact of Short-Duration Aerobic Exercise Intensity on Executive Function And Sleep


Twice a year, the Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) program holds a multinational coaching exercise. The ship sailed for the Azores and thence into the Mediterranean, ultimately transiting the Suez Canal on 26-27 November.
